Football Recap: Marianna Bulldogs vs. Rutherford Rams
Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Marianna). They claimed a resounding 55-21 victory over the Rutherford Rams on the road. The result was nothing new for the Bulldogs, who have now won four games by 32 points or more so far this season.
It was another big night for Amari Clemons, who rushed for 231 yards and five touchdowns while picking up 13.6 yards per carry, and also picked up 55 receiving yards and a touchdown. He was no stranger to the big play, turning on the jets for a run that went for 63 yards. Rj Mayes was another key player, throwing for 171 yards and two touchdowns.
