Soccer Recap: BASIS Phoenix Takes a Loss

Tuesday just wasn't the day for BASIS Phoenix's offense. They lost 7-0 to the Cortez Colts on Tuesday. The Firebirds have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

BASIS Phoenix's loss dropped their record down to 2-7-1. As for Cortez, the win got them back to even at 5-5-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. BASIS Phoenix will welcome Wickenburg at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Cortez, they will look to defend their home pitch on Thursday against South Mountain at 6:00 p.m.
