While Shorewood's win against Mountlake Terrace wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. Shorewood sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 1-0 victory over Mountlake Terrace on Tuesday. The score was all tied up 0-0 at the break, but Shorewood were the better team in the second half.

Their one-goal win came courtesy of Eli Cady, which was the first he's scored this season.

Shorewood's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 5-0. The victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up zero goals over those three matchups. As for Mountlake Terrace, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-4.
