Bangor lost to Deerfield back in September of 2024, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Saturday. The Cardinals walked away with a 2-0 win over the Demons. The victory was some much needed relief for the Cardinals as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.

Despite the loss, Deerfield still got an impressive performance from Lily Betthauser, who had eight digs and one assist.

Bangor's win bumped their record up to 4-9. As for Deerfield, their defeat dropped their record down to 9-7.

Bangor didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 loss against Mineral Point on the 13th. As for Deerfield, they have also already played their next contest, a 2-1 victory against Markesan on the 13th.
