Softball Recap: Friday's Defeat Ends Skyline's Winning Streak

Skyline and Issaquah squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but Skyline had to settle for second. They came up short against the Eagles, falling 14-6. The Spartans' loss signaled the end of their ten-game winning streak.

Devyn Wilson made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and fired off two home runs, three runs, and one double while going 3-for-4. The team also got some help courtesy of Nazli Chavez, who went 1-for-3 with one home run and two RBI.

Skyline's defeat dropped their record down to 21-4. As for Issaquah, the victory was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 22-3.

As of now, neither Skyline nor the Eagles have any future games scheduled.
