Basketball Recap: St. Thomas More's Losing Streak Is a Thing of the Past

St. Thomas More came into Wednesday's match having lost four straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They walked away with a 65-58 victory over the Shoreland Lutheran Pacers on Wednesday. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Cavaliers also won the last time the pair played back in February of 2024.

St. Thomas More's win bumped their record up to 5-9. As for Shoreland Lutheran, they dropped their record down to 4-7 with the loss, which was their fifth straight on the road.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. St. Thomas More will take on Pius XI Catholic at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Shoreland Lutheran, they will host St. Joseph at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
