Pennington's Marcus Fulmore recorded the longest rushing play in Freelance this season in his game against St. Luke's last week. Fulmore's team lost to the Storm as he sprinted for 81 yards on the play and finished with 292 in all.

Dalton was the team that gained the most ground in the standings this week, jumping from fourth to second in the league. The Tigers beat Sacred Heart 33-0 earlier in the week.

Dalton's dynamic duo of Zach Gold and Ben Vallimarescu proved tough for the Irish to stop, as they were the top passer and receiver in the league this week. Gold threw for 72 yards and two touchdowns and Vallimarescu had 69 yards receiving. Henry Smul helped Dalton's passing attack out by catching one ball for three yards.

Ryan McGann made the biggest impact on defense this week as Pennington fell to St. Luke's. The 6-foot-2 senior recorded one fumble and racked up 0.5 sack.

Western Reserve Academy's Austin Petsche and Johnny Saucier* have formed a dynamic duo this season, leading the league in both passing and receiving yards. Petsche has thrown for 2646 yards this season, while Saucier* has 63 catches for 1089 yards. Jerry Eure's team's Fulmore leads the league in rushing yards with 1176.

A big matchup in Freelance this week will be when the Red Raiders take on Poly Prep Country Day. At the moment, Pennington is in third, while the Blue Devils are in first.

Sacred Heart moved up to 77 from 591 in the state rankings this week, the biggest jump in the league. The Irish climbed the ranks as a result of losing to Roy Samuelsen's team 33-0.
