Basketball Game Preview: Richmond Hill Wildcats vs. Lowndes Vikings

Richmond Hill is 0-4 against Lowndes since January of 2023 but things could change on Tuesday. The Richmond Hill Wildcats will challenge the Lowndes Vikings at 6:00 p.m. Richmond Hill will be strutting in after a win while Lowndes will be coming in after a loss.

Last Saturday, Richmond Hill earned a 67-56 victory over Glynn Academy. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Wildcats.

Meanwhile, Lowndes was just a bucket shy of victory on Saturday and fell 43-42 to Tift County.

Richmond Hill's win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 9-12. As for Lowndes, their defeat dropped their record down to 13-9.

Richmond Hill came up short against Lowndes in their previous meeting back in February of 2024, falling 57-44. A big factor in that loss was the dominant performance of Lowndes' Kam Jackson, who posted 19 points and eight rebounds. Now that Richmond Hill knows the damage he can cause, will they be able to stop him this time? There's only one way to find out.
