Tupelo might have lost, but man, Kylan Bobo was a machine: he rushed for 115 yards and three TDs on only 15 carries. Bobo's longest rush was for an impressive 55 yards, which helps to explain his lofty yards per carry total. Jaeden Hill helped out on the ground, rushing for 122 yards.
Meanwhile, Hartfield Academy managed to keep up with Jackson Prep until halftime on Friday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The Hawks lost 40-14 to the Patriots. The game marked the Hawks' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.
Tupelo will have to contain Ethan Elliott as he made an impact in Hartfield Academy's last game. He rushed for 92 yards and one score on only five carries, and also threw for 88 yards and one touchdown.
