Perham has gone 9-1 against Breckenridge recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Perham Yellowjackets will host the Breckenridge Cowboys at 7:30 p.m. Perham is coming into the match on a four-game losing streak.

Last Thursday, Perham came up short against Pequot Lakes and fell 51-42. The contest marked the Yellowjackets' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Meanwhile, Breckenridge came into Saturday's match having lost three straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They narrowly escaped with a win as the squad sidled past Wahpeton 57-55. The victory was all the more spectacular given the Cowboys 's disadvantage in MaxPreps' basketball rankings in their respective home states (they are ranked 168th in Minnesota, while the Huskies are ranked 32nd in North Dakota).

Perham's defeat dropped their record down to 7-6. As for Breckenridge, they now have a winning record of 8-7.

Perham didn't have too much breathing room in their contest against Breckenridge when the teams last played back in December of 2024, but they still walked away with a 63-59 win. Will Perham repeat their success, or does Breckenridge have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
