Basketball Game Preview: Friendship Christian Commanders vs. Montgomery Bell Academy Big Red

The Friendship Christian Commanders will take on the Montgomery Bell Academy Big Red at 5:45 p.m. on Tuesday. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, these teams will really light up the scoreboard.

On Saturday, Friendship Christian didn't have too much breathing room in their matchup against Liberty Creek, but they still walked away with a 55-51 win. The Commanders haven't had any issues with the Wolves recently, as the game was their third consecutive victory against them.

Meanwhile, Montgomery Bell Academy took care of business in their home opener (and then some) on Thursday. They claimed a resounding 81-45 win over University School of Nashville. The Big Red not only won on Thursday, but they posted their biggest win since January 3rd (when they won 73-32).

Friendship Christian might still be hurting after the 59-36 loss they got from Montgomery Bell Academy in their previous matchup back in December of 2024.
