Soccer Recap: Clarkston's Luck Changes for the Better on Thursday

Clarkston came into Thursday's match having lost nine straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They never let the Rogers Pirates get on the board and left with a 6-0 victory on Thursday. Clarkston's offense finally found a way to get into gear: the high-octane performance was a 180-degree turn from their last four games.

Clarkston's win was their first in the district, bumping their district record up to 1-9-1 and their overall record up to 3-12-1. As for Rogers, they are on an eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-12-1.
