Fernley strolled into their game on Thursday with a perfect record and they left with the same. They put the hurt on the Rancho Rams with a sharp 71-51 victory.

Rancho lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Zehlik Wyatt-Gowans, who posted 15 points. Nya'Vari Floyd-Johnson was another key player, putting up ten points and seven rebounds.

Fernley's win bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Rancho, they are on a five-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Fernley has already played their next matchup, a 50-44 victory against Faith Lutheran on the 5th. As for Rancho, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 79-49 win against Silverado on the 5th.
