Basketball Recap: Zephyrhills Christian Academy Piles Up the Points Against Seminole

Zephyrhills Christian Academy strolled into their game on Tuesday with a perfect record and they left with the same. They claimed a resounding 85-52 win over the Seminole Warhawks. The Warriors have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won three games by 21 points or more this season.

Zephyrhills Christian Academy got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Hugo Facorat out in front who dropped a double-double with 18 points and ten rebounds. Thanks to that strong game, Facorat now owns an excellent 46.9% field goal percentage. The team also got some help courtesy of Treymaine Belanger, who almost dropped a double-double with 17 points and nine boards.

Zephyrhills Christian Academy was working as a unit and finished the game with 21 assists. That's the most assists they've managed all season.

Coming up, Zephyrhills Christian Academy will venture away from home to take on Poinciana Christian Preparatory at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. The contest will give the Warriors their first taste of in-conference action this season. As for Seminole, they will take on Cypress Creek in a tournament on Monday.
