Recap: United Faith Christian Academy Falcons vs. North Hills Christian Eagles
In what's become a running theme this season, the United Faith Christian Academy Falcons gave their fans yet another huge victory on Friday. They blew past North Hills Christian 83-16 on the road. The win was just what United Faith Christian Academy needed coming off of a 59-31 loss in their prior contest.
United Faith Christian Academy's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Jada Richardson, who scored 16 points along with six rebounds and four steals. Richardson is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in the last 12 games she's played. Another player making a difference was Charli Nelson, who scored 16 points along with three steals.
Perhaps unsurprisingly given the score, North Hills Christian struggled to work together and finished the game with only two assists. They were crushed by their opponents in that department as United Faith Christian Academy racked up 18 assists.
United Faith Christian Academy's win bumped their record up to 11-15. As for North Hills Christian, their loss dropped their record down to 8-11.
United Faith Christian Academy will head out on the road to square off against Legion Collegiate Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Hopefully United Faith Christian Academy focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up eight on Friday. As for North Hills Christian, they will be playing in front of their home fans against North Rowan at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. North Rowan will roll in looking for their 11th straight victory, something North Hills Christian surely won't give up without a fight.
