Hayden had already won three in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 11.3 runs) and they went ahead and made it four on Thursday. They put the hurt on the Cleveland Panthers with a sharp  11-2 victory. That's the third time they've managed to beat them this season,  with their most recent  win being a  15-0  victory  on April 4th.
 Hannah Davidson spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered only one earned  (and one unearned) run on two hits and racked up eight Ks.
 At the plate, Hayden let  Halie Pavolini and  Baylee Scott run wild. Pavolini  went 1-for-4 with one  home run and four  RBI, while  Scott  went 4-for-5 with two  runs, two  RBI,  and one  double. That's the most  hits  Scott has posted since back in February.  Kinslie Ireland was another key player,  going 2-for-5 with two  runs.
 They weren't the only ones making solid contact: Hayden  kept the outfield on their toes and  finished the game with 12  hits. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now  got at least 12  hits in three consecutive  matchups.
Hayden pushed their record up to 29-17 with the  win, which was their fourth straight  at home. Those  home  victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.3 runs on average over those games. As for Cleveland, they have  been struggling recently as they've  lost four of their last five games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 14-23 record  this season.
 Hayden and Cleveland are set to take part in some playoff action in their next matches. The Wildcats will venture away from home to  challenge Corner  at 2:00  p.m.  on Friday. As for Cleveland, they will welcome Susan Moore  at 2:00  p.m.  on Monday.
