Volleyball Recap: Perry Has No Trouble Against North Royalton

Perry saw some tournament action on Monday. They put the hurt on the North Royalton Bears with a sharp 3-0 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Panthers.

The 3-0 score doesn't really reflect how close the match was: every set was decided by three points or less. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-22, 25-22, 25-22.

Perry had a senior duo take command as Hailey Gill had 15 digs and two assists and Meryah White had 14 assists and six digs. Gill has been hot recently, having posted 12 or more digs the last four times she's played.

Perry's victory bumped their record up to 13-10. As for North Royalton, their defeat was their fifth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 9-14.

Coming up, Perry will square off against Hudson at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. North Royalton does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
