Sound Christian won the last time they faced Puget Sound Adventist and things went their way on Thursday too. The Sound Christian Lions took their contest with ease, bagging a 52-14 win over the Puget Sound Adventist Sharks. The Lions have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven matchups by 22 points or more this season.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Sound Christian to victory, but perhaps none more so than Abby Mesler, who posted 24 points and eight steals. That makes it nine consecutive games in which Mesler has scored at least a third of Sound Christian's points. Kaila Brogan was another key player, almost dropping a double-double on 15 points and nine rebounds.

Sound Christian's victory ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 10-5. As for Puget Sound Adventist, their defeat was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-13.

Sound Christian won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Mary M. Knight at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Mary M. Knight will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Sound Christian surely won't give up without a fight.
