Volleyball Recap: Webster Schroeder Beats Rush-Henrietta for Their Third Straight Victory

Webster Schroeder entered their tilt with Rush-Henrietta on Tuesday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Royal Comets. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in September.

Sloane Bell paced Webster Schroeder's offense, picking up eight kills. Bell got some help from Gigi Lannotti and her 16 assists. Lannotti was also solid from the service line: she led the team with six aces.

Webster Schroeder's win bumped their record up to 20-2-1. As for Rush-Henrietta, their loss dropped their record down to 1-9.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Webster Schroeder will challenge rival Penfield at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Rush-Henrietta is set to face off against their familiar foe Victor at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
