Mason Ligenza put up the most home runs he's had since back in March of 2024 on Thursday. He fired off two home runs, three runs, and three RBI while going 3-for-3. Considering he played a big game the last time he faced off against North Schuylkill back in April of 2024, the result shouldn't come as too huge a shock. Ligenza has been hot, having also posted at least one stolen base the last five times he's played.

Looking ahead, Ligenza and Tamaqua will square off against Tri-Valley at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. The Blue Raiders had to take a loss when they last met the Bulldogs, but Ligenza had little to do with the loss: he struck out nine batters over five innings while giving up just one earned (and two unearned) runs off three hits (and only one walk).
