Albany is 9-1 against Pierz since February of 2020 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Albany Huskies will be playing in front of their home fans against the Pierz Pioneers at 5:45 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

In Wednesday's Canine Competition, Albany didn't have enough. They took a 72-53 bruising from Milaca on Wednesday. The Huskies have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, Pierz came up short against St. Cloud Cathedral on Tuesday and fell 58-49. The loss continues a trend for the Pioneers in their matchups with the Crusaders: they've now lost four in a row.

Pierz's defeat dropped their record down to 7-20. As for Albany, their loss dropped their record down to 12-15.
