Basketball Game Preview: Kingsley Stags vs. Harbor Springs Rams

The Kingsley Stags will head out on the road to challenge the Harbor Springs Rams at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.

Last Thursday, Kingsley came up short against Grayling and fell 45-38.

Meanwhile, Harbor Springs had already won four in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 33.3 points) and they went ahead and made it five on Friday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Blazers 76-43. Given the Rams' advantage in MaxPreps' Michigan basketball rankings (they are ranked 56th, while the Blazers are ranked 484th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Kingsley's loss was their 12th straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-18. As for Harbor Springs, their win bumped their record up to 17-3.

Kingsley took a serious blow against Harbor Springs in their previous meeting back in January, falling 78-36. Can Kingsley avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
