Basketball Recap: Granite Falls Takes a Loss

Granite Falls was the 44-43 winner over Bush when they last played one another back in January, but their luck changed this time around. The Granite Falls Tigers took a 61-53 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Bush Blazers on Wednesday.

Granite Falls dropped their record down to 1-4 with the loss, which was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season. As for Bush, they now have a winning record of 3-2.

Granite Falls will be home for the holidays to greet South Whidbey at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. South Whidbey is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 53.2 points per game this season. As for Bush, they are taking a road trip to square off against Overlake at 7:15 p.m. on Friday.
