Basketball Recap: Buckeye Trail Comes Up Short

Buckeye Trail lost against Ridgewood back in February of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Buckeye Trail Warriors took a 53-46 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Ridgewood Generals.

Buckeye Trail's loss dropped their record down to 10-12. As for Ridgewood, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 15-6.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Buckeye Trail will face off against Shenandoah at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Ridgewood, they will head out to take on Monroe Central at 1:00 p.m. on February 15th. Monroe Central will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Ridgewood surely won't give up without a fight.
