Volleyball Game Preview: Sandwich Indians vs. Parkview Christian Academy Falcons + How To Watch

Sandwich has gone a perfect 3-0 against Parkview Christian Academy recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. After both having extra time off, the two teams will shake off the rust and duke it out at 6:00 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

On Wednesday, Sandwich came up short against Richmond-Burton and fell 2-0. The Indians haven't had much luck with the Rockets recently, as the team has come up short the last six times they've met.

The match finished with set scores of 25-4, 25-8.

Meanwhile, Parkview Christian Academy didn't have quite enough to beat St. Bede on Tuesday and fell 2-1.

In a back-and-forth that saw neither team win consecutive sets, Parkview Christian Academy sadly dropped the once that decided the match. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 22-25, 26-24.

Sandwich will need to focus on slowing down Lilah Carlyle, one of several Parkview Christian Academy players who made an impact when they last played. She had nine digs and three aces. The team also got some help courtesy of Brenna Esposito, who had 18 assists and six digs.

Parkview Christian Academy's loss dropped their record down to 15-15. As for Sandwich, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-19.

Sandwich was able to grind out a solid victory over Parkview Christian Academy in their previous meeting back in October of 2024, winning 2-0. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Indians since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
