Basketball Recap: Triad Baptist Christian Academy Finds Home Court Redemption Against Union Grove Christian

There's no place like home for Triad Baptist Christian Academy, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Monday. They took down the Union Grove Christian Patriots 56-40 on Tuesday. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 64-52 back in December of 2024.

Despite the loss, Union Grove Christian still got an impressive performance from Ben Johnson, who posted eight points and nine rebounds. Garrett Trinkle was another key player, putting up eight points.

Triad Baptist Christian Academy is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a nice bump to their 20-7 record this season. As for Union Grove Christian, their loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 25-6.
