Baseball Recap: Bell Comes Up Short

Bell and School Without Walls squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but Bell had to settle for second. They came up short against the Penguins, falling 12-3. The Griffins haven't had much luck with the Penguins recently, as the team has come up short the last eight times they've met.

Bell's loss dropped their record down to 6-10. As for School Without Walls, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-9 record this season.

Bell does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for School Without Walls, they will be playing at home against Eastern at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
