Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask David Douglas). They walked away with a 70-63 win over the Sandy Pioneers on Friday. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Scots also won the last time the pair played back in February of 2024.

The victory made it two in a row for David Douglas and bumps their season record up to 6-7. As for Sandy, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 8-7.

David Douglas will head out to square off against Nelson at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Nelson knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past nine matches -- so hopefully David Douglas likes a good challenge. As for Sandy, they will take on Reynolds at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Sandy is facing Reynolds at the right time seeing as Reynolds is stuck on a six-game losing streak.
