Aiken has gone 8-2 against South Aiken recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Aiken Fighting Green Hornets will look to defend their home court against the South Aiken Thoroughbreds at 6:00 p.m. Both have had a bumpy ride up to this point with five consecutive losses for Aiken and four for South Aiken.

Meanwhile, South Aiken didn't have quite enough to beat Midland Valley on Friday and fell 65-62. While the Thoroughbreds didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Mustangs 14-10 in the first quarter.

Aiken's loss dropped their record down to 7-10. As for South Aiken, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-12.

Aiken didn't have too much breathing room in their game against South Aiken in their previous meeting back in February of 2024, but they still walked away with a 64-60 win.
