Cliff is 10-0 against Quemado since April of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Thursday. The Cliff Cowboys/Cowgirls will be playing at home against the Quemado Eagles at 5:00 p.m. Cliff will be coming into the matchup with an undefeated record on the line.

Last Saturday, everything went Cliff's way against Non Varsity Opponent as Cliff made off with a 50-24 win. The Cowboys/Cowgirls have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight contests by 22 points or more this season.

Quemado has been a dominant force so far, but they're in the middle of a mini-slump at the moment. They were three points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 53-50 heartbreaker at the hands of Reserve. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest defeat the Eagles have suffered since January 19, 2024.

Cliff pushed their record up to 12-0 with the victory, which was their seventh straight at home. Those victories came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 23.6 points per game. As for Quemado, their loss ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 13-4.

Cliff beat Quemado 47-35 in their previous matchup back in March of 2024. Does Cliff have another victory up their sleeve, or will Quemado turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
