Campolindo put another one in the bag on Saturday to keep their perfect season alive. They walked away with a 47-39 win over the Liberty Lions. The Cougars have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Lions, too.

Campolindo got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Gavin Rendle out in front who went 5 for 10 on his way to 16 points. Luke Devine was another key player, going 6 of 14 en route to 13 points and eight rebounds.

Campolindo's win bumped their record up to 6-0. As for Liberty, their defeat was their first of the season and makes their record 4-1.

Campolindo and Liberty should be looking forward to their upcoming games as both have a sizable advantage in the MaxPreps California Rankings. Campolindo (ranked 17th) will meet Piedmont (ranked 299th) at 6:00 p.m. on December 21st. Similarly, Liberty (ranked 213th) will meet Antioch (ranked 736th) at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
