Soccer Recap: Kettering Takes a Loss

Kettering was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They were a single goal away from ending the streak, but they lost a 3-2 heartbreaker at the hands of the Mott Corsairs. That's two games in a row now that Kettering have lost by just one goal.

Kettering's loss dropped their record down to 4-4-1. As for Mott, their win was their first in the league, bumping their league record up to 1-0-2 and their overall record up to 3-0-3.

While Kettering had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
