Soccer Recap: Magee Has No Trouble Against Puckett

After low-scoring totals in their previous three contests, Magee brought some dynamite into their most recent contest. Everything went their way against the Puckett Wolves on Saturday as the Magee Trojans made off with a 5-1 win. The victory was a breath of fresh air for the Trojans as it put an end to their three-game losing streak.

They hit Puckett with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Braylen Hall (2), Gervin Garcia (2), and Rafeal Hernadez.

Magee's win bumped their record up to 6-7-2. As for Puckett, they have also been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-6 record this season.

Magee will face off against Mendenhall at 11:30 a.m. on Friday. As for Puckett, they will head out to face off against Pelahatchie at 8:17 a.m. on Thursday.
