Volleyball Recap: Timpanogos' Win Ends Six-Game Losing Streak on the Road

Timpanogos had to skate by with only a one-set margin when they last took the court, which might have inspired the three-set drubbing they dealt Summit Academy on Thursday. The Timberwolves were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Bears. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in September.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Timpanogos took every set by at least ten points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-10, 25-10, 25-15.

Mia Tanner paced Timpanogos' offense, picking up eight kills. Tanner got some help from Shelby Hartman and her 28 assists.

Timpanogos' win ended a six-match drought on the road and puts them at 7-20. As for Summit Academy, they have been struggling recently as they've lost seven of their last eight matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-18 record this season.
