After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Calallen, Floresville was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They walked away with a 6-1 victory over the Carrizo Springs Wildcats. The Tigers/Jaguars haven't had any issues with the Wildcats recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive win against them.

Floresville's record now sits at 12-8. As for Carrizo Springs, they dropped their record down to 12-3 with the defeat, which was their third straight at home.

Looking ahead, Floresville will welcome Pleasanton at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. Pleasanton will roll in looking for their ninth straight victory, something Floresville surely won't give up without a fight.
