            Baseball Recap: Spring Creek Gators vs. North Johnston Panthers        
        
		
        
        
            Spring Creek fell victim to North Johnston and their airtight pitching crew  on Thursday. They came up short against  the Panthers, falling  11-0. The Gators haven't had much luck with the Panthers recently, as the team has come up short the last nine times they've met.
 Spring Creek saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was  Nathan Jackson, who  went 1-for-2 with one  double.
Spring Creek's defeat dropped their record down to 3-6. As for North Johnston, they pushed their record up to 9-4 with the  win, which was their fifth straight  on the road.
 Coming up, Spring Creek will welcome Faith Christian Academy  at 5:00  p.m.  on Monday. As for North Johnston, they will venture away from home to  square off against Wilson Prep  at 4:00  p.m.  on Friday. The Panthers' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Tigers have averaged an impressive 7.2  runs per game this season.
