Softball Recap: Prosser Takes a Loss

Prosser was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 17th straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 13-3 to the Sunnyside Grizzlies. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Grizzlies this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 18-2 on Tuesday.

Mallory Barnhart made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and scored a run while going 1-for-2.

Prosser's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Sunnyside, the win got them back to even at 2-2.

Coincidentally, Prosser and Sunnyside will both be playing Grandview the next time they take the field. Sunnyside will host Grandview at 3:00 p.m. on Friday, while Prosser will host them at 3:00 p.m. on March 28th.
