Soccer Game Preview: East Hall vs. Habersham Central

The East Hall Vikings will square off against the Habersham Central Raiders at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The two teams are sauntering into the matchup backed by comfortable wins in their prior games.

East Hall made up a huge gap compared to their last game against West Hall, but they still couldn't quite topple them. East Hall put the hurt on West Hall with a sharp 4-1 win on Friday. The victory was a breath of fresh air for the Vikings as it put an end to their three-game losing streak.

Meanwhile, Habersham Central came tearing into Friday's contest with four straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 2.3 goals), and they left with even more momentum. They never let the Tigers get on the board and left with a 10-0 win. The result was nothing new for the Raiders, who have now won four games by three goals or more so far this season.

Habersham Central pushed their record up to 6-1 with the victory, which was their fourth straight on the road. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up one goal over those four matchups. As for East Hall, their win bumped their record up to 2-4-1.
