Basketball Game Preview: Morton Indians vs. Seagraves Eagles

The Morton Indians will venture away from home to take on the Seagraves Eagles at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday.

Last Friday, Morton didn't have quite enough to beat Whiteface and fell 53-51.

Meanwhile, Seagraves posted their closest victory since January 9, 2024 on Friday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against Sundown, sneaking past 56-54. The win continues a trend for the Eagles in their matchups with the Roughnecks: they've now won three in a row.

Seagraves' victory bumped their record up to 4-15. As for Morton, they now have a losing record at 10-11.

Morton was able to grind out a solid win over Seagraves in their previous meeting back in January, winning 48-40. The rematch might be a little tougher for Morton since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
