Volleyball Recap: George Washington Falls Short of Northeast in the Playoffs

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact George Washington can now relate to. They fell 3-1 to the Northeast Vikings on Thursday. The Eagles have struggled against the Vikings recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive lost meeting.

George Washington's loss dropped their record down to 7-11. As for Northeast, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won nine of their last ten matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-3 record this season.

George Washington does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Northeast, they will take on Thomas A. Edison at 3:15 p.m. on Monday.
