Theodore dropped down to 4-2 on Friday, ending the team's four-game streak of wins. They lost 31-7 to the Fairhope Pirates. Surprisingly, this marked the Bobcats' fourth straight game in which the away team has come away the victor.

Despite the loss, Theodore still got an impressive performance from Kendrick Able Jr., who rushed for 163 yards while picking up 10.2 yards per carry. Able Jr.'s rushing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his fourth straight game with at least 143 rushing yards.

As for Fairhope, the win (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 5-1. The victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 37.0 points over those games.

Trey Garner had an outrageously good game as he threw for 241 yards and four touchdowns on only 16 passes, and also rushed for 58 yards on only eight carries. Those 241 passing yards gave him a new career-high. Bryon Martin was Garner's top target, picking up 81 receiving yards and a pair of scores.

Coming up, Theodore will face off against Murphy at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Bobcats will be up against the Panthers' rather soft defense (which has allowed 51.33 points per matchup), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Fairhope, they will challenge Foley at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
