Classical won against Central Falls on Monday with 17 runs and they decided to stick to that run total again on Wednesday. Everything went the Purple's way against the Exeter-West Greenwich Scarlet Knights as they made off with a 17-8 win. Considering the Purple have won three contests by more than eight runs this season, Wednesday's blowout was nothing new.

The team relied heavily on Amya Manston, who got on base in all five of her plate appearances with one home run and five stolen bases. Another player making a difference was Amelia Mendez, who got on base in all three of her plate appearances with six stolen bases and one double.

Classical was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of 1.000. That was just more of the same: they've now posted a batting average of .545 or higher in three consecutive matchups.

Classical's victory bumped their record up to 3-1. As for Exeter-West Greenwich, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-4.
