Basketball Recap: Temple Academy Comes Up Short

Temple Academy and St. Dominic squared off in some playoff action on Monday, but Temple Academy had to settle for second. They took a 57-44 hit to the loss column at the hands of the St. Dominic Saints. The Bereans have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Temple Academy's loss dropped their record down to 13-11. As for St. Dominic, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won nine of their last ten matches, which provided a massive bump to their 13-6 record this season.

Temple Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for St. Dominic, they will take on Forest Hills at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as Forest Hills comes in on four and St. Dominic on three.
