It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Juab had no problem doing just that  on Tuesday. They put the hurt on the Richfield Wildcats with a sharp  8-2 victory. Considering the Wasps have won 13 games by more than five  runs this season, Tuesday's  blowout was nothing new.
The team  relied heavily on  Madix Stowell, who  went 4-for-5 with one  run and one  RBI. Those  four  hits gave  him a new career-high.  Austin Park was another key player,  going 1-for-4 with one  run and one  double.
 Juab was getting hits left and right  and  finished the game having  posted a batting average of .407. That was just more of the same: they've now posted a  batting average of .304 or higher in ten consecutive  matchups.
Juab's win bumped their record up to 24-5. As for Richfield,  with the  defeat, they broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 12-18.
 Coincidentally, Juab and Richfield will both be playing Grantsville the next time they take the field. The Wildcats will head out to face the Cowboys at 11:00  a.m.  on Wednesday, while the Wasps will play them later in the day, at 4:30  p.m.
