It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Draughn can now relate to. They took a 9-5 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Christ the King Crusaders on Tuesday. The Wildcats' loss signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Draughn saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Tate Jensen, who got on base in all four of his plate appearances with three RBI, one stolen base, and one run. Chase Yambor was another, getting on base in two of his four plate appearances with one stolen base and one run.

Draughn's defeat dropped their record down to 15-9. As for Christ the King, they are on a roll lately: they've won 11 of their last 12 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-7 record this season.

Draughn does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Christ the King, they will square off against Eastern Randolph on Friday. The Wildcats will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something the Crusaders surely won't give up without a fight.
