Anacoco is a perfect 5-0 against Leesville since March of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Indians will square off against the Wampus Cats at 5:00 p.m. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with three consecutive losses for Anacoco and four for Leesville.

Anacoco lost 12-2 to South Beauregard on Thursday.

Anacoco saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Ava Davis, who went 1-for-3 with two RBI and one double.

Meanwhile, Monday just wasn't the day for Leesville's offense. They came up short against Many on Monday, falling 17-0.

Anacoco's defeat dropped their record down to 11-13. As for Leesville, their loss dropped their record down to 3-18.

Anacoco got the 'W' in their previous matchup back in March of 2025 against Leesville by a conclusive 14-3 score. Will the Indians repeat their success, or do the Wampus Cats have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
