Basketball Game Preview: Chenango Forks Blue Devils vs. Windsor Central Black Knights

The Chenango Forks Blue Devils will take on the Windsor Central Black Knights at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday.

On Friday, Chenango Forks ended up a good deal behind Lansing and lost 54-35. The game marked the Blue Devils' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Windsor Central, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Saturday. They came out on top against Dryden by a score of 59-49 on Sunday. Given the Black Knights' advantage in MaxPreps' New York basketball rankings (they are ranked 225th, while the Lions are ranked 650th) , the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Windsor Central is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 5-2 record this season. As for Chenango Forks, they dropped their record down to 3-4 with the defeat, which was their third straight at home.

Chenango Forks came up short against Windsor Central in their previous matchup back in December of 2024, falling 51-46. Can the Blue Devils avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
