Volleyball Recap: Ariel Perez Leads a Balanced Effort to Beat Bowie + How To Watch

South Grand Prairie won the last time they faced Bowie and things went their way on Friday too. The Warriors blew past the Volunteers 3-0. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Warriors.

The final score came out to 25-20, 25-8, 25-14.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead South Grand Prairie to victory, but perhaps none more so than Ariel Perez, who had four digs and three aces. That's the most aces Perez has posted over her last four matches. Savannah Garcia was another key player, getting 14 assists and six digs.

South Grand Prairie's win bumped their record up to 23-10. As for Bowie, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 12-16 record this season.

As of now, neither South Grand Prairie nor Bowie have any future games scheduled.
