It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Tidehaven can now relate to. They fell just short of the Stockdale Brahmas by a score of 9-8 on Thursday. The Tigers' loss signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

TRISTAN GALVAN was cooking despite his team's loss, going 2-for-3 with one stolen base, one run, and one RBI. BOOGIE GALVAN was another key player, going 2-for-4 with one stolen base and one run.

Tidehaven's defeat dropped their record down to 15-9-1. As for Stockdale, their win ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 12-14-1.

Tidehaven does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Stockdale, they will venture away from home to challenge Jourdanton at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Indians/Squaws will roll in looking for their 15th straight victory, something the Brahmas surely won't give up without a fight.
