Piper Zink Game Report: @ Louisburg

Piper Zink was dynamite on Thursday, striking out ten batters over six innings while giving up just one earned (and five unearned) runs off eight hits (and not a single walk). As if that's not impressive enough, the pitching appearance was her third in a row with less than zero walks. This season, she has an ERA of 2.58 over 19 innings pitched.

Zink's effort led Ottawa over Louisburg and she'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
